I'm married with two energetic boys, which means I know a thing or two about juggling priorities.

Ad hoc is perfect if your needs vary month to month or you have a one-off project. A monthly retainer suits recurring tasks like inbox and diary management — it guarantees your slot in my diary and means a faster turnaround on tasks. Either way, I'm flexible.
